Universal Gas Lever Ball Valve is a kind of valve specifically used in the gas pipeline system, which is composed of parts such as the steel handle, brass ball, brass valve seat, and brass valve body. The steel handle is used for manual operation, and the brass ball is driven to rotate around the axis by rotating the steel handle. When the through hole on the ball is aligned with the inlet and outlet channels of the valve body, the valve opens, allowing the gas to pass through smoothly; when the ball rotates to misalign the through hole with the channels, the valve closes to prevent the gas from flowing, thereby achieving the control of the gas on-off.

• Selection of Packing: Formed polytetrafluoroethylene packing is used as the packing of the valve. This material has good sealing performance and chemical resistance, which can effectively prevent the penetration of external media and further enhance the sealing effect of the valve.
• Structural Design: The structure of the Universal Gas Lever Ball Valve is simple and compact, and the design of its two sealing surfaces can effectively prevent external impurities from entering. When the valve is closed, the tight contact between the ball and the valve seat forms a sealing ring, preventing the entry of external impurities.
• Operation Mode: The handle operation torque of the Universal Gas Lever Ball Valve is stable, and there will be no entry of external impurities due to violent actions during operation. At the same time, when the Universal Gas Lever Ball Valve is in the fully open or fully closed state, the sealing surfaces of the ball and the valve seat are isolated from the medium, reducing the risk of impurity entry.
